Sergei Romanov was born in Moscow in 1914. He finished Moscow Art College of Memory of 1905 (1940 y.). He was taught by G.Razhsky, S. Frolov. Since 1945 he takes part in art exhibitions. He works in various techniques of easel and book drawing, also in paintings. The works are kept in National Art Museum of Belarus and Museum of Morden Art in Minsk. He is deserved worker of Belarusian Arts, 1966. Since 1945 he is a member of Artist Union.
