alentin Savitskiy was born in 1919 in Belarus. He finished Vitibsk Art College 1939, studied under the guidance of I Akhremchik and L. Leitman. Since 1947 he takes part in art exhibitions. The works are kept in National Art Museum of Belarus, Museum of Modern Art in Minsk. Since 1956 he is a member of Artist Union.
